There used to be a goat path in front of the Convict Hill Quarry Park. With the increasing foot traffic to the park, we agreed a sidewalk was necessary. We have been working with the city for about one year to get a sidewalk in front of the property and down the block. The City was even kind enough to create an attractive curved entrance to join with the entrance we created within the park. They started construction this week (18 December 2006)! Here are some pictures of the progress.

2 December 2006 -- A very productive work day!

Thanks to the University Rotary club and wonderful neighbors for the tremendous progress we made on the western trail! We lined trails with rocks, removed brush, spread mulch and even built a rock bridge.
